# Return and Exchange Policy

- No refunds

- Exchanges must be requested within 2 days of receiving the item

- Item must be in original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging

- Customer responsible for all shipping costs to return the item

- Exchange will be issued in the form of store credit to a gift card upon receipt of the returned item

- Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

- We will evaluate the issue and make it right
